Default Michael's Testing

Poor little guy was totally exhausted and frankly I was too. While he was being tested, I watched Madagascar twice and The Polar Express once. He was totally worn out. They tested him from 9:00 to 11:40 and we broke for lunch and then from 12:40 until 3:00. They still needed to do more, but he was wiped out, soooo we have to go back on Monday for more...another two hours at least. If he's half as brain dead as I am, I feel for him.

When we were coming back from lunch, there was a playground there in front of the hospital. We've always joked that since I had such bad vertigo when I was pregnant with him, he got all his dizziness out. That child can spin like a top and not be effected. I can turn over in bed and have to throw up in the trash can. Well they had this neat spinning thing...won't even try to explain and he has met his match. I thought he was going to hurl, but he made it. This might have contributed to his problems in the afternoon.

I got all our Christmas cards done. Whew.

His comments on the testing...well he got to sit in front of a computer and he was supposed to press the space bar only when a letter came up but not on X...his comment...what do they think I am? Stupid??? Another was moving some blocks into another position in like six moves or less. His happiest part was not writing much at all.

Still can't get his records from Houston.

I hope Monday is this easy!

Julie
