Thanks for your reply, Sue. I think the examiner threw out the results because she knew she didn't have any thing helpful to say to my daughter. Maybe that's what it took to motivate me to get the auditory testing, so we will see what happens. My daughter did have a battery of testing done, and her psychologist consulted with the neuropsychologist, and it wasn't very enlightening so maybe that was another "jab" to get me moving in another direction.
