Default Hi everyone

[B]I'm so glad I got my cast off. It's a lot easier to have a seizure without the cast on. I now have a walking cast which makes things so much easier. I actually joined a fitness club just to be able to get out and be around people. I really enjoy being there and I don't think about the big "E" while I'm there. I'm hoping that I can get everything I need to taking care of so I can start classes for a CNA next semester. I know I wouldn't be as depressed as I am now if I was out on my own. I'm 29 and still living with my parents, I feel like I'm looking out my window and life is passing me by. Like I missing out on so much because of my health. I'm trying very hard to think positive and work towards being happy but it's a struggle. I just say my prayers and keep asking God to get me through this life one day at a time. Something good has to come out of this life of mine. I sure do hope all of you are doing well!!!!

Hi Lilly,
It's great to hear from you again and I'm happy to hear that you got your cast off. I can remember what that was like when I fractured my ankle a few yrs. ago. I understand how you feel living with your parents I was 24 before I moved out but I paid my family or friends to take me to work or to go shopping and that was helpful to them and to myself. I don't know if you care about football at all but the NY Jets are practicing near my home town and Alan Faneca who plays for the team has had epilepsy for 15 yrs. and he's on Tegretol and I think that's great. If he can play football we can make it with sz. also. I think its' great that you're praying and I want you to know that I will be praying for you. May God Bless You!

Sue

Many years ago I too had a cast on my arm, it was real hard to do things. Great to hear you got your's off.

That is good news to hear you are getting out some. Keep up the work.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep us up to date.

Darlene
