I need to copy that link to the TOS forum, I have her website link in the stickys there but maybe seeing the TrP info in this format will help members to understand it better.

I have both. Though my doctor and massage therapist both insist that CMP and FMS are the same. Always wondered about that because the TrPs get really bad for me, especially the arms and legs.

I'm going to print that out and show it to my massage therapist and see what she says.

Dysfunction with the fascia affects so many parts of your body because of the connectivity of the fascia throughout your body.

Doody
I'd be interested in what your massage therapist has to say.

I have fibro, but at times it seems like other things are going on too.

Right now there are from a car accident.

I would think one of the differences between them might be the extreme fatigue factor.
Does CMP have fatigue as a sx also?

I read up on these back in 04/05 when I was trying to help drs figure out what I had.. but haven't researched on it lately.

I do like Devin J. Starlanyl's site - seems to explain a lot of it logically & clearly.
