Hello There !! New to the forum and am amazed at the similarities we manage our symptoms and pain. Warm water? ABSOLUTELY!! I was spending a half hour a day in the shower just to get moving.. So I took it a step further.

I looked around and found a wellness center that has warm water therapy classes and most of the clients in this section are FM RA or some other neuro related patient. SO YES!! Warm/hot showers offer relief, followed by a warm blanket peace and quiet!
