Yes, it's that time of year again...for me. Ouch. My spring and fall flares are so debilitating. Nothing seems to help most especially the intense pain in my legs. I try to keep up with my walking, but it seems that no matter what I do, it makes the pain worse.
I think I'll start checking around for a place that provides warm water therapy. To any other people experiencing the spring flare,  .
