My doctor told me that sauna after exercise is a really good way to release the toxins. I joined a gym that has a far infrared sauna. Traditional sauna's make me feel so week after a few minutes, but I can tolerate this one for even 20 minutes. I usually feel less tired when I exercise and have a sauna and I noticed that my pain was much better for a day or two after I had the saunas.
check the quality of the sauna at your gym. hopefully it does not contain any hidden particle board or wood with resins that may out gas. make sure there are no plastic pieces like radio controls etc.

I know one person whose symptoms got worse from formaldehyde outgassing from the press board. they figured it out by lab testing. they traced it back to a far infrared sauna they bought for their home.
