Wait. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. Now there's a shocker.

Maybe she was talking about a different type of tea altogether, but she did give me some Yerba Mate Royale from this place. http://www.wisdomnaturalbrands.com/

Lightbulb If

The tea is brown and NOT green in color, then it is the smoked variety.

Smoked has been implicated in cancer ...the free radicals and all.

The green unsmoked version is more healthful:
This is the one I use:
http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/n...ome.d2w/report

It is still hard to find in stores.

The original product was the brown smoked variety. This new one is more
healthful, IMO.

Yerba Mate is very popular in South America.. it is not new to them!
But if you search PubMed you will find papers...
1) causes cancer (smoked)
2) prevents cancer. (unsmoked).

I find now I only need it 2 or 3 times a week...but it really helps with bile flow, so borderline gall bladder sufferers should give it a try. It really restored my night vision, as well.

It needs a little honey or ginger, IMO but it is okay tasting otherwise.

Default Biofreeze

I have used this product for several eyars. I first bought it at a local drug store for 4 oz tube $10.99 then it went up to $13.00. I started searching the internet and found great buys on Ebay. One was two roll ons one free w/free shipping for $8.95, other times a tube and roll on for similar cost but shipping was $3.95

I have found for convience the roll on 3 oz tube handy, the rub on is messy and you have to watch if you wear contacts etc, wash fingernails and ahnds very carefully.

On Ebay, I found these recent links.

Default Biofreeze

I recently started using biofreeze also.
I just love it!!
I also bought it off of ebay.
I usually watch the auctions and bid the last min..LOL
I got one 4 0z tube plus 2 lil travel packs for 9.95-then a 4oz tube for 7.95..no shipping either time.
You just have to look around!

The spray is GREAT! I use the spray for the places I can't reach on my back. Just spritz it on and good to go. It works just as well as the other and no, you don't have to rub rub rub biofreeze in. You just apply it and it does the rest of the work.
