Flexeril

Hi VL~ I took Flexeril yrs ago and it helped my fall asleep, but I couldn't STAY asleep, so I'm kind of like Idealist, in that, it didn't seem to help me much.

My DH took it when he was having back prob's and it worked great for him. Maybe I should try it again, as my pain seems to hang on.

I have Fibro and Rheumatoid Arthritis and have tried several medications through the years. I take flexeril 10-mg. at bedtime and I find some relief. It does help me sleep which is a plus. I wish that I didn't have to take anything but the pain is, at times unbearable.

I think I sprained my ankle either yesterday or the day before. I wrapped it in an ace bandage and have been elevating it most of today and yesterday but MAN, these muscle spasms in my calf are Killers. I WISH I had some Flexeril right now, I can hardly walk.

Yes, it is good for helping one fall asleep.
