Hi
I recently discovered the work of Byron Katie online. You can easily find her web site by googling her name. Specialists in chronic pain syndromes at Stanford University say her method of cognitive (thinking) therapy is the most helpful of all in dealing with unrelenting pain. Her web site gives free access to the tools she uses. I find it helps me with the thoughts that cause my mental suffering more than anything else I have tried. Pam |
