Default Byron Katie
Hi Everyone,

I recently discovered the work of Byron Katie. If you google her you can find her web site easily. Doctors who specialize in chronic pain syndromes recommend her approach as the best for dealing with the mental anguish of unrelenting pain. I have her cd's but her approach is available for free on her web site. It involves questioning our thoughts. My physical pain level is high right now but my mental suffering is quite low.

Maybe this will help some of you like it did me.

Hi Pam,
ME TOO!!! I just had Oxygen delivered today and will start a series of dives. Thanks for the info that might be somthing I could listen to durring this series of dives. It is good to hear from you. I need to try your number and see if it is the same, to say"hello" and catch up. Time does fly and RSD seems to require dedication to management, to keep some qualty of life. Sorry your pain levels are high now. I wish for you, all the best. Again, thanks for the info.
