Yes Gma, lists help. So do electronic reminders. I have my calendar at work remind me of things that I need to do. I also set my cell phone up with reminders. I have a few plants in my house. I see them every day. I look at them and think, I need to water them. I go into the kitchen to get water and get sidetracked doing something else. AND the plants get forgotten. I bought those little globes that they show on TV and they have saved my plants from premature death. Now if I can only remember to refill the globes. . . . . .

I have found that stretching in the bed before I get up helps some. There are simple stretches that you can do right there before you get up. It doesn't take very long either. And, before, I do that I just stretch out like I was a cat. It does make a difference for me. It doesn't make the ache go away but it does help to stretch the muscles gently. sssss to my friends.

Mistiis, stretching is a good suggestion I havne't tried. I wake and don't want to move because then the pain starts. The past 6 months has been the worst I have had with my fibro...don't know what to do...
