Default I bought the Miracle Noodles

I also posted on the diabetic forum but I had to share this with all of you.

I found the noodles in my local asian market. They are called KONNYAKU noodles.

I looked them up.

Get a load of this.

http://www.shakespeare-w.com/english...ku/whatis.html

Last night I made Alan a spaghetti and veggie dish with tomato sauce. HE LOVED IT,

And for me, I made lo-mein with Gardein Beef Tips (they taste exactly like beef), some veggies, I added the noodles, I put a bit of low-sodium teriyaki sauce and it tasted EXACTLY LIKE LO-MEIN.

I enjoyed it. It's nice to be able to eat like a human being.

And it had absolutely no impact on my blood sugar.

In fact, this morning my blood sugar was 20 points LOWER.

So it's a win win situation.

You get no fat, you get fiber, it doesn't spike your blood sugar.

I made a video on youtube. Go to youtube, type in

eliz7212

and you'll see what they look like.

They look like cellophane noodles.

I mean, really, people lose weight eating these things.

How cool is this?

Melody

Cool.. I'm not diabetic, but I love pasta, so I may have to try those. What could be bad in, no fat and high fiber. Yummmmm!!!

I'm having them tonight for dinner. With a bit of sauce and some bok choi on the side. I eat greens WITH EVERYTHING.

I love greens.

Will let you know how they tasted. I've made lo-mein with them and it was awesome.
