Very litte. I keep trying but it just wears me out and mobility issues make walking impossible

what do you do to pamper yourself?

No, not really. I've had it for so long, however I did have a bout of vertigo on Halloween eve that scared my daughter (5) but we managed.

Yes I get scared ~ The vertigo. But we're still debating the MS.

Which do you prefer : White meat or dark ? (always thinking about eating...)
