They met a guy named Mrs. Atos, who sent them through something called The Atavachron. This is how Spock met Zarabeth who wore fur skins and who brought out the BEAST in Spock.

There's another episode of a portal being used. IN that one the portal is called The Guardian of Forever.

This is the episode starring Joan Collins as Edith Keeler. She (had she lived) would have changed history, so that's why Kirk and Spock just stood there while Edith Keeler diedl (a great episode by the way.

So first portal was The Atavachron, (and the second one was The Guardian of Forever).

Now here's my question to you.

Kirk and Spock went to a planet that had another city in the clouds.

Spock was attracted to the daughter of the head of this planet. A beautiful VERY THING young woman. They talked about science.
What was her name?? Upon introduction, she said "I've never met a Vulcan, and he looked at her and said "Nor I a work of art".

Never forgot that one!!!!!

I think her name was Droxine, or something like that..Sounds medicinal..
The question I asked was about the Atavachron (although Guardian of Forever would've been close)..What actress played Zarabeth?

Okay, here you go!!!

What was the name of Spock's betrothed?? They were joined as children.

And what was the name of the guy she actually wanted to marry?? She chose Kirk to be her champion because she knew he wouldn't keep her and she'd have the other guy anyway.

The name of this episode was Amok Time. I must have seen this one a million times.

I gotta go beddy-bye, but I'll leave you with one more:

Excellent. I always referred to him as STAN, but you are most likely correct in the way you spelled it because Vulcans spell everything with a T, TPau, Tpring, T this and T tht. So good job.

Now as to the last episode of Star Trek. This one was my favorite of all the episodes in the 3 seasons.

Turnabout Intruder.

Dr. Janice Lester, a scientist (with an assistant who is in love with her), she was the only woman denied a Starship command because SHE WAS A WOMAN.

So what does she do?? The switches minds with Captain Kirk.

OF course everybody now thinks she's nuts and puts her in the brig, until Spock mind melds with her.

But the acting of William Shatner, as he was using an emory board and filing his nails, and he puts his hand on the shoulder of the other guy (the one who actually was in love with Janice Lester), well that was one piece of acting, let me tell you.

And I remember the scene with Scotty and the others in the hall, saying "that's when we move against them, that's when we take over the ship".

Then "Captain Kirk" orders General Order 24 or some number thing, and orders everybody put to death and they all stand down and they arrest them all.

Then for some reason, Spock is walking with Janice Lester (who is actually James T Kirk), and by the end of the episode, the mind is switched back.

Then the assistant holds Janice Lester in his arms promising to care for her the rest of her life, and he tells her "You are as I've loved you".

Never forgot that one. I loved the actress who played Janice Lester (can't think of her name). She sat on that chair like a man, she moved her body like a man (I mean, why woudn't she, she was indeed Kirk inhabiting her body).

What a great ending to a great show.

Okay, here's yours.

There was an episode with a young man, played by Robert Walker Jr. He was an orphan and he escaped and he had the mind power to DO ANYTHING HE WANTED TO DO. He drove everybody nuts.

What was his name?

Well, you beat me to it. I never knew who wrote the song.

I will not be able to be playing these games because Alan had his operation today, and we just got home from the hospital today.

I'm absolutely exhausted. The hardest part of the whole day was getting him out of the hospital and to the Access-a-ride on crutches. The man does not know how to use crutches.

Then getting him off of the access a ride and up to our front door.

Oh my god. I thought he would fall on me.

Now he's in the wheelchair and i just went and filled his prescription and bought home steamed chicken and veggies.

I am absolutely exhausted.

I will go over the Neuropathy board and post his update because that is the main forum I go on. Then, only once in a while until he's back on his feet.

We have no family and every thing is on ME!!!!

Oh well. That's what happens when you get married. You take care of each other. He does appreciate me (most of the time). lol

You take care.

See you soon and hopefully others will come and play this game.
