Default English language can be hard ~~~ game

We played this on another site, but I'm not sure of all the words

Write two words that are spelled different but sound the same or two words that are spelled the same but have different meanings :

tea & tee
a drink made with the dried leaves of a bush / a golfing impliment
or
park & park
when you might stop a car / a piece of land on which kids play

just do one 'set' with explainations
