Hi--too tired to say much tonight, but want to share the results of my Tilt Table Test yesterday.
I passed out during the test--a positive confirmation that I have some type of Dysautonomic disorder. The neuro's office is sending the report to my regular neuro. I was diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia in July and Sensory Ataxia from thyroid disease in September. I am tired, relieved that I truly am not crazy and making this up. Trying to grasp and understand everything but it is just too much right now. Three years of my life are gone to these disorders--a job lost, and no matter how hard I tried, I am disabled by the disorders and in the SSDI process. All I want now is to find a treatment that helps the Dysautonomia. Tegretol and Indocin relieve the trigeminal pain about 95%, that is a tremendous success. Now to get the other disorders under control as much as possible. I feel like crying but am so afraid that if I start I will not be able to stop. Glad I have a place to share what is going on--thank you for reading, lifesaver |
