Hello, My name is Michael. I am 21 years old, perfectly healthy (or I think so)
![]() I have been feeling tired lately. My sleeping is kind of out of whack, it usually going from 3-am to around 11 am. Today I went to sleep at 3, but woke up at 9, I was feeling much more energized. I also have a weird diet. I eat maybe a couple hours after waking, then eat again a few hours after that, and again after that. I am more energetic when I eat more often, as Im sure anyone would be. I exercise fairly often, but since having my hand and ankle injured, I havent exercised in about a week or two. It is actually making me feel more tired. The reason I am here is because I am tired, I have random ringing in my ears, and headaches. When I wake up, I do not have any headaches. I do wake up tired though. I may be depressed. Last night, my room was silent. And my ears were still ringing. I had a headache also. Is this something I should be worried about? The headache felt throbbing. In fact, it felt like I could hear my pulse from my neck. any insight would be much appreciated. :thanx: |
