Default Conversion Syndrome

Looking for some additional information on Conversion Disorder. I have been recently diagnosed. I have had complete neurological breakdowns, can't speak, walk, think, remember. Had all tests and nothing physically wrong. I do also have small fiber neuropathy due to an autoimmune condition. Any resources or information would be appreciated.
