Confused Vitamin B12 deficiency
Hello all,

I am 30 years old female and off late facing severe headache, memory loss, fatigue and at times feel shocks in hands and legs.

Today I got my B12 report and the levels have dropped further to 224 pg/ml and increased MCV and RBC counts.
Hb quotient is also on the lower side - 9.5.

What kind of doctor I must see - Normal Physician, Neurologist or someone else??

Please help!!!
