Hi
I am 18 years old male. 4 months ago when I woke up in the morning one of my arms ankle and wrist were very stiff. I was Having this weird feeling of popping the wrist and ankle. Then after sometime it would just go away ane come back in the morning but this time in the other arm. As such I don't feel any kind of pain or weakness but only having a weird feeling . I had no injury . I am regularly working out . I have gone to the doctors and they said that it might be vitamin deficiency problem but after taking medications the problem still persists and also I have been always eating healthy . Blood reports showed everything as normal . Can you please tell me what is wrong and also why does the feeling keeps on alternating between my handset . I don't feel any pins and needles. |

Maybe stop lifting weights for awhile and see if it gets better, it might be making things worse if you continue?
Have you read about hyper-mobility? Perhaps a physical therapist could do an evaluation for you? It could be other things also, but there is not enough information for us to guess at other causes.

I am only doing workouts with bodyweight no gym equipment.
This condition started when I was not doing any exercise (because of exams). Still after the exams I rested but nothing happened . |
