Unhappy Doctors confused, so am i

I am 31 years old, i started having localized back pain about 6 months ago (one month after my son was born). These are my MRI findings , which are confusing doctors but i don't understand what exactly they find confusing. Could someone maybe tell me what they think is odd about these MRI findings?

Vertebral bodies demonstrate normal height and alignment. No fracture or marrow replacing lesion is
seen. The conus terminates at L1
-
2 and is unremarkable. There is a developmentally narrowed canal.
Markers in place in the region of palpated concern overlying the L2 spinous process. There is focal
thickening of the interspinous ligament.
L1
-
2: There is no significant posterior disc abnormality, central canal stenosis or foraminal narrowing.
L2
-
3: There is mild diffuse disc bulge without central canal stenosis or foraminal narrowing
L3
-
4: There is mild diffuse disc bulging without significant central canal stenosis. There is mild right
foraminal narrowing
L4
-
5: There is mild diffuse disc bulging and facet arthropathy resulting in mild bilateral foraminal
narrowing without central canal stenosis
L5
-
S1: There is facet arthropathy and mild bilateral foraminal narrowing
IMPRESSION:
Mild bilateral L4
-
5, L5
-
S1 and right L3
-
4 foraminal narrowing
Region of palpated concern corresponds to thickening of the interspinous ligament.
