Some antibiotics used for pneumonia are neurotoxic.
Fluoroquinolones like Levaquin and Cipro and Avelox. You can find out what you were given and go from there. There a many sites on the net now that deal with this toxicity. It could be something else (viral damage), but it is best to find out what drugs you were given. It sounds like a terrible effect to me.
