Confused Neurologist examination results help

Thank you for taking a moment to help me

I have an MRI and evoked potential test booked but this is what my neurologist wrote about my initial consultation. I have no idea what any of this means or what it could point to, whether it's normal or not

I have hypothyroidism just in case that helps

He wrote: examining her today she had normal gait with good tandem gait. Rombergs was negative. She had normal eye movements. Cranial nerves were intact with normal fundoscopy. Tone was normal but she did have 7 beats of clonus in the left ankle. She could be encouraged to full power. Reflexes were globally brisk and boarding on the pathological and she had positive figures and Hoffman as well as extensive plantar responses. Sensations - she had mild numbness in both hands to pin prick up to just above the elbow. There were no cerebellum signs.

Is he saying that I'm pathologically lying? I don't understand what it means at all.

Thank you for reading

Is there any kind of diagnosis or has anything been mentioned yet?
What symptoms are you having?
Did you get a copy of the MRI report?

Haven't had MRI yet, it is next week, I will ask for a copy tho, didn't realise you could

I have been having pins and needles in my hands and forearms, headaches, memory and concentration problems, fatigue, my bladder tells me I need a wee as soon as I climb into bed even tho I've just been before getting in- I eventually fall asleep feeling like I need a wee and if woken in the night the feeling hasn't gone but I can mostly last until morning before actually going, itching legs sometimes so bad I've scratched till its bought blood to surface.

The neurologist said it's likely chronic fatigue syndrome but wants to rule out MS.
Thanks for taking the time to reply

"Pathological reflexes" is a neuro term. It doesn't mean you're making it up.
