Just heard the Prolotherapy MD I hear on weekend radio and he trys to help people in pain with diet as well. He says oatmeal is pro inflammation. I have been off oatmeal for some months now and keep yogurt consumption down too. Anyway, there are many conflicting pieces of information on this and one can decide:

I just held my pendulum over a little bowl of oatmeal and I got a negative swing. So it's anyone's guess. I'm staying off all grains anyway for a while...how long, don't know.
