Confused Runny nose like it's raining, when I first wake up...

For many months now I've had a runny nose when I first wake up. Not just runny, raining. I blow and I blow and by the time I'm done I have soaked at least 3 Kleenex. What IS that? I'm fine when I've been up for a while it's just after I've been sleeping a while.

I have 20 yrs of grape seed ex under my belt, but in the last year or so I blow a lot first thing in the morning....things change in body and I'm glad it's only first thing....rest of day I'm fine. Could be something in room or just from laying down for sleeping. I use one tissue and blow in the sink when I rinse my face....I'm not concerned as it is fine the rest of day.

That sounds like allergies to me, do you know what your allergic to?
if you sneeze, and congested indoors, House dust mites is the most likely cause.

i get bouts of sneezing and congestions, on hot days, i soak at least 10-20 napkins, sometimes even more. When i get a cold its far worst. I also have deviated septum which makes the allergies 10times worst.
you should get testing done on allergies.

This morning when I had this runny nose issue, after blowing as I do, I took 2 Echineaca, which I'm never without, it acts as an herbal antiobiotic, and almost instantly I felt better. This morning my left nostril had a sinus pain...very very rare since on grape seed so long. Over the years I've learned to use Echineaca on the first signs of a cold coming on...taking 2 capsules every couple hrs for a day or so nips it in the bud. I have done fine with Echineaca over the years.
