Hi cloudyjanuary
Welcome to NeuroTalk ![]() My understanding is that Frontal Lobe Dysfunction refers to a wide range of conditions with many possible causes and that it usually affects people who are older than you. One thing that you wrote struck me; "My doctor said that he noticed there was a 'lack of oxygen' problem in my brain" Can you find out what tests the doctor used in coming to this conclusion? This could be important information to pass on to a neurologist in the country that you are now living in. All the best.
