Default Looking for some direction

Hello, I am new here, so I will start from the begining of my issues. In April of this year I was rear-ended in a car accident one week before delivering my second child. I ended up having three herniated discs. Well, I then delivered my baby (causing a ton more strain on my neck) to top it off I got a spinal headache that was relieved only after two bloodpatches. I still have a tingling nerve pain in my right arm where they pulled the blood for the patch. So my neck was holding up my brain from the CSF leak from the epidural. (MY POOR NECK) Then for about 4 months everything was fine. After a ride at the fair and removing some wallpaper, my neck became very sore and I started getting these SEVERE pressure on the top of my head. To top it off, the left side of my head, face and neck go numb intermittenly for days at a time. It feels like someone is pouring cold water into my head and it is running down my face. WIERD i know! So, I have this whacky pressure when I lean foward and worse when I lay down, numbness and coldness, I suffer migraines already and my CT's and MRI's had shown nothing. So nuero reffered to it as musculoskeletal and sent me to physical therapy. I had a tiny bit of relief from heat and traction, but now I am back to the begining. I went to ER today for more tingling and horrible pressure and they did another CT and found thickening of my sinuses. So, are there any opinions on where to start? and what may be related to what? (CSF and neck pain? head pressure and sinuses? Numbness and migraines?) I have no answers, getting depressed and consumed by these things...thanks for letting me vent.
