There was a segment on the news tonght about how often older people fall, and how serious a fall can be. For instance, if a hip is broken the fall can lead to death in less than a year.
As I watched and listened I wanted to tell people about how much feeling I regained in my feet after I had significant B12 replacement therapy. There was a time when I didn't walk anywhere except in groceries and Wal*Mart because I could hold on to a cart there. In terms of B12 replacement, I had daily shots for a long time, based on a prescription from a wholistic M.D. Then I switched to Methylcobalamin when I no longer had a doctor to get a prescription, and the methylcobalamin works just as well. But, for it to work that well, well enough to bring back feeling in ones feet, I have to take about the same amount as I was having when I had a shot a day, which is about 5 of the 5mg lozenges a day. Worth it. For sure. Just mentioning.
