Default Recipes/Products for a GF/SF/CF/EF newbie?

Hi - So in addition to my other allergies (both food and not), I just found out I have sensitivities to Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Eggs, and Yeast. Probably corn too, is my guess, but not sure. Is anyone else on here the same? I'd love to be able to share recipes and product ideas. With all this being new, I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to avoid all of these --- especially due to the fact that I have other food allergies that cause big and immediate problems. Thanks.
