What do you guys think of this new study?
I am bummed, rice and rice products are pretty much a daily staple when you can't have gluten/wheat. I have so many other food allergies, I am at a loss of what to do... |

I have coeliac disease and cannot tolerate rice. An indian man explained that if you clean the rice thoroughly of all the starch before cooking it makes a difference.

I cant post links but you can search the following sites theworld.org search sri-lanka-kidney-chemicals npr.org search fda-weighs-federal-standard-to-limit-exposure-to-arsenic-in-rice There are issues with soy also. What about legumes and beans? Can you tolerate? There is also a mycoprotein called Quorn that you may want to check out. Looks like we are starting to pay the price for the pollution we are causing. It makes me sad. |
