Apple cider vinegar is said to be very high in potassium. Could that be it?

Wink citrus....

I was having a horrible time last year, and this spring with my knees...
just awful. I thought it was the PT I was having for my left leg injury.

BUT... after reading the book recommended here on the old board, by
Dr. Kittley from www.obesitysanswer.com
I tried eliminating citrus --specifically oranges and orange juice. I often go on a "bender" when Mineolas and blood oranges come into season, too.

This elimination started in late May... and I am happy to say, was a profound improvement.
Hints were very visible...I admit..I was an orange juice-aholic. Doctors say try eliminating the very item you CRAVE...and that is what I did.

I have given it up... and no pain, now, in October! ( I take 500mg of delayed
release Vit C now instead).

I've never had any luck with glucosamine, nor anything else said to help arthritis, except NSAIDS. Maybe the fish oil I'm on is helping.

I've had diarrhea since early 2006 and it is cleared up! Of course, now I'm battling constipation, but I think I can just increase my fiber and get rid of that.
Horray!
