Isn't the shipping department at KA the best? They have a knack for getting things to my door a day early too. Enjoy my friend!

I got it from amazon, it was free shipping, KA was something like $35.00 shipping I think.

OK, I made a Wheat Free bread mix yesterday. It's dry and didn't mix well I have never used this mix before so I don't want to blame it on the bread maker so soon. My non-wheat flours will be here today so I'm going to make more bread Friday.

Oh I did make the kids some wheat bread from a mix that did really well.

I LOVE that it looks more like a loaf of bread and not and odd tower of bread.

Sorry to hear the wheat free bread didn't turn out nice. I always stay with my bread maker until it is done mixing. It always seems to need more than a pan scraping as it mixes. You will learn through trial and error which mix companies you like and which you don't. That goes for everything, not just breads. I definitely want a normal looking loaf, not a tower. Hope the next loaf you make for yourself turns out better.
