Hi All!
I know of a sick person in Valencia, who is interested in trying gluten-free breads, but so far, we can't find any gluten-free bakeries in his town (Valencia, CA)! They have a Whole Foods, with frozen g-f breads, but I wanted him to experience more freshly baked g-f breads, to get him motivated to try going g-f for at least a month or more!
