I have started trying the new food , but does it make you sick at your stomach at first. thansk

Are you eating only gluten free foods? If you are still eating some gluten that could be the problem. Then again you might be sensitive to more than just gluten. You should not be getting sick from GF foods.

I should also say it can take months for your symptoms to go away. I envy those who started to feel better within week of going GF. That isn't how it worked for me. I've been GF for over two years now and the change for the better is unbelievable though.
