Sinus trouble pls help!!!!

Oh ive also for the last few months been suffering from perimenopause symptoms, though i havent had it confirmed as doctor says im far too young at 37... Hot flushes several times a day and messed up periods....i read that sinus trouble is also a symptom of perimenopause, anyone know if this is true
