Hi Gunny Fitz,
Headaches suck and blow at the same time. At least putting my Topiramate doses up have cut the daily attacks. We had a chat about Numeric Pain Scales, the differences, and the chances your Dr is referencing a different one to you here: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread216281.html There are some good Scales I would take, modify and expand on to fit purpose. That way you get exactly what you want, and your Drs see a document they are familiar with. Good luck with it. Dave. |

Gunny, I'm not sure, but there may be something useful you could use in this older thread from TBI/PCS forum
Migraine Journal Documentation Edited later to add... darn the Migraine Journal one from the UK - the main one I wanted to show you has a broken link. I'll try to find it and post later if I can.
