Those of us who suffer from chronic headaches, migraines, and any other sort of chronic pain live day to day wondering when something may come upon us right? Sometimes we may know what triggers them, when we feel them starting to come on, or how the rate on a pain score of 1-10.
What I am looking for is a good Migraine / Headache Log Book that has every type of possible selection that we can use to our benefit. Sections that can be used to rate pain level, etc. All of this info would be very handy for both ourselves, and our physicians to perhaps determine any traits on our pain and what and when they can be anticipated. Is anyone here using one of these already, or do you just make one of your own and write notes? I did find this while conducting a search which looks like something I could use- but like any typical Marine things have to include EVERYTHING and have as much detail as possible to be effective! ![]() http://www.webmd.com/migraines-heada...headache-diary Any help with what you may already have or found are appreciated! ![]() |
