MRI & CT Scan are clear but still getting headaches, cheeks swelling / weird smell

Default concussion
[

I had a concussion from car accident. 5 months later, it shows 6 herniated discs from MRI - I could have sworn I had a crack in my brain - brain shows nothing - I am in serious pain - brainy
