I have a lemon tree that is always smothered in lemons. It doesn't matter what time of the year I want lemons, I always have an abundance.
I have cooked many different desserts, cakes, puddings, slices. I have made lemonade and lemon jam/marmalade. I have frozen lemon cubes for later, and I have given away bags, and bags, and bags! I'd like to know what else I could do with the lemons, but in particular, I would like a home made lemon air freshener if anyone could help me out.
