Hi Everyone,
I am an adult who was diagnosed with hydrocephalus last year and had VP shunt surgery last November. My neurosurgeon made one adjustment since surgery and when I came home I noticed I couldn't hear the TV at the level I was used to. I heard a constant swooshing sound and thought it was the heater blower .until my husband said the heater wasn't even on. Was wondering if any of you experienced hearing loss either after surgery or after an adjustment. So glad I found this site. Thanks in advance for any answers to my concern. |
