Default Localized stiffness?

As of right now, I feel fine because I soaked in my hot tube for twenty or so minutes, though, before I couldn't easily move my neck in the area of my tube. It actually felt like the tube was stiff. Is it just starting to change due to age. Sometimes, it takes a little more effort to move my neck.

What can I do to avoid the siffness? BTW. My shunt is going to be sixteen years old granted it passes up 12-30. (I hope, I hope, I hope!!! Number two will outlast number one. )

Thank you.
