As of right now, I feel fine because I soaked in my hot tube for twenty or so minutes, though, before I couldn't easily move my neck in the area of my tube. It actually felt like the tube was stiff. Is it just starting to change due to age. Sometimes, it takes a little more effort to move my neck.
What can I do to avoid the siffness? BTW. My shunt is going to be sixteen years old granted it passes up 12-30. (I hope, I hope, I hope!!! Number two will outlast number one. ![]() Thank you. |

but there isn't much you can do about this. I am constantly aware of the presence of the tube at the back of my neck, and it is stiff, and makes it difficult for me to move my neck properly at times.
If you are having real trouble with it, maybe you could try a massage or something like that. Nat. |

It's an oldie, but a "goodie".... things get annoying with it sometimes. I just really hope that I get some clear as crystal signs this time something's up when it goes down. My only warning is a "drunken pirate or "jack sparrow"" walk. Wich is not here.

I also forgot to mention that I am missing a muscle which I think is where my tube goes past. If that is part of the problem... I'll get used to it. (BTW. I was born that way and I don't think it's teriably noticeable unless you know what you are looking at or supposed to be looking at.)
