Default Medicare Set Aside

I need a friend from all of you - I know to ask my lawyer, but like all of your lawyers, mine does not answer my calls - ever.

He has sent BLANK Medicare Set Aside documents.

One, I sign nothing blank.

But has anyone been burned by the insurance company putting in ALL of the medical parts, so one can no longer get any Medicare benefits?

What has been any anonymous experiences, I absolutely will keep confidential. Ca

As soon as my flare stops, I'll try to anwer some of the questions I see above that I do have an opinion.
