Default Idependant Contractors Accidental Insurance

Has anyone on this site had experience with an underwriter of this type,
somewhat like workers compensation, only the worker pays the insurance because he/she is not an employee of a company and is self employed.

I have been hurt for 20 months, this company is not paying my bills correctly nor wants to continue my disability pay, yet still bills me for my premium and is requiring me to see there paid Orthopeadic surgeon.

My injury was a hernia repair, and a pelvic disruption, with severe pain in bowel, bladder, sexual function causing severe pain, and lower tail/back pain.

Any safegards for me, would be appriciated.

I have no personal experience with this and I am sorry you are going through this...

Sounds to me that you may need to contact a lawyer to help you out. Someone to get you what you've been paying for and what you need.
