I just got a nice check from CA State Disability Insurance [SDI].
 The first!! Including back pay from when I first was declared P&S.  Finally I'm not living on $500 a month from LTD!!! But I just had a question for all yall out there. I know someone is gonna want back pay. Is it my Long Disability [LTD] provider or will it be Social Security Disability if/when I receive that? I am just trying to see the big picture. Anyone with any SDI experience? I really want to absorb any advice you have. I'm pretty clueless

Your LTD company will want repayment. Usually LT is offset by the amount you get from SS.
