Default Fl wc

Florida worker comp is a real beast, having had the previous govenors in their pockets.

You can refuse anything.
You will suffer consequences if you refuse. (They will cry you aren't complying with medical advice, and can threaten your entire claim.)
You might suffer consequences if you comply.

I don't understand their reasoning behind providing surgery without other options ... they generally deny and delay for years and years first, too.

Second opinions --by their doctors-- won't do you any good imo. They do what the insurance company says to do. Have you researched this on the internet? Do you have a pain doctor to inquire of this?

(((hug))) I think the sympathectomy for RSD is not the original use for it.

Take your time. You've waited this long.
