Hi Everybody,
I take Nuvigil and Provigil and I'm wondering if those show up on blood tests for employees? I might be starting a new job and they told me I'd have to take tests at the local hospital.

Thanks MrsD.
I have a prescription for it so maybe it won't matter anyway? I'm assuming they'd only test for illegal drugs anyway?

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have an RX for other stuff, they usually don't pursue it, either.
If the job requires alertness...presence of say, pain meds might be a factor in not being hired.
