Default Flu Shots/Alternatives to them/Gluten

A friend sent me info today which mentioned Dr. Peter Osborne on flu shots and Vit D. I was pretty low in Vit D when I got checked in 2006 and have brought up levels up over the years.

I have not taken a flu shot in over 25 yrs. These shots contain aluminum, mercury, egg and who knows what else. I have no desire to inject these in my body.

I keep my immune system strong with what I've been doing for years. This is me and everyone does what they decide to do. And I work more and more to steer clear of gluten products. I'm not perfect but I've made changes.

I just did some checking around and there is tons of info on this subject and has been for many years. I liked this site and the sub links in the main page.

There are pros and cons to everything.

The Cocherine group put out a 2014 review update on the flu vaccine; this group is highly regarded by the doctors and the medical community.

The flu vaccine is not as efficacious as the general public are led to believe, especially in populations of people that are considered healthy. That link also mentions GBS cases.
