Default if i could wake up normal it would help so much

i fall asleep ok, its the other side that is bad, waking up to vivid dreams and pain, and for some reason the vivid dream are terrifying. Neuro told me sleep center in brain is messed up. thanks. he gave me ambien. that helps me get to sleep but no help on the other side, waking up.
just thought someone might have a suggestion. taking Neurontin already.

I take Ambien every night. Along with pain meds; I get some good sleep. Best to take just before getting in bed. Otherwise, can get "woozy" without realizing it is coming on. So...please get in bed asap after taking it.

Not sure if you are taking any blood pressure meds. When I was taking Inderal some years ago at night was having some pretty vivid dreams. I realized where the dreams were coming from and started taking the Inderal in the morning. The vivid dreams stopped.

Hey, Mark; hang in there. Give your girlfriend a good "hug" so she knows you really care for her. Be surprised how good that can make a girl feel.
